Ski route in Antalya - Saklikent

Antalya is not only a major destination for summer tourism but also for winter. The world-famous ski resort Saklikent attracts many tourists from different countries every year. The resort, which offers skiing opportunities for 120 days a year, is located on the northern slope of the Beyda?lar mountain range in western Antalya. The snow depth at the resort varies from 1 to 2 meters during the season and can reach up to 4 meters at the summit. The altitude of the resort ranges from 2000 to 2400 meters, and the ski season lasts from December 10 to April 10. If you love skiing, you still have time.

One of the features of the Saklikent ski resort is the opportunity to ski during the day and swim in the sea after lunch at the end of February and in March. Thus, you have the opportunity to spend both winter and summer holidays simultaneously.

Saklikent is one of the closest ski resorts to the equator, located in the forest. Thanks to its mild climate, it is also the warmest ski resort in Turkey.

How to get there?

If you want to escape the heat and cool off a bit, you can reach Saklikent just in 1 hour from the center of Antalya. The resort is 45 km from the city center and 65 km from Antalya Airport. You can get to the resort by your own car, and if you don't have one, you can rent a car or use transfer vehicles heading to the resort. Additionally, you can use buses departing from the center of Antalya to Saklikent.
